  • Proteogram Project

The Proteogram project is an image embedding-based search approach to protein structure similarity. 3-channel images are created as an intermediate data representation to capture chemicophysical properties of protein 3D structures. Deep learning vision models are then used to create embedding vectors from these novel representations and similarity search is performed to retrieve similar proteins based on structural classes (SCOP).

  • Proteomics Toolkit

This Proteomics Toolkit was built during an internship at the Institute for Systems Biology and is still used today for simple proteomics tasks like MS/MS ion fragmentation calculation or DNA translation.
